Livolsi Group’s business concept is not based on a simple “customer care service”. Its Clients are welcomed in a B2C relationship space where they can find service, courtesy and support. Its “Service Concept” goes further and aims at providing a tailor-made, proactive and dynamic approach.

Two different customer care areas:

CUSTOMERS and DEALERS

The customer care dedicated to private clients is a 150-sqm wide area, elegant and practical at the same time, with main entrance from Viale Certosa. Clients are welcome by well-trained and experienced staff and all operations are made faster by an Automatic Queue Management System. The customer care dedicated to private clients has a high number of visitors/day (400-500 customers). Large showcases and window displays show a wide range of accessories for mobile phones, digital cameras and camcorders, while the installed a/v systems allow to give information on Livolsi services and to promote products upon Partners’ request.

 

The customer service area reserved to Dealers has a dedicate and separated entrance, which makes all operations easier and faster. The staff is trained to provide all kinds of support, to guarantee a good service and to pay all due precision and attention to any operations. Couriers and vehicles are allowed to enter from the court, that is delimited by electronic bars to secure all loading/unloading activities.

Among the strengths: reduced waiting time, dedicated staff always available at the help desk, wide and practical space for products delivery and pick-up service, direct gate to logistics and safe picking-up and setting-down activities thanks to video surveillance systems.
